1. Service operator

Farseno Cloud operates the website and subscription software made available under the Farseno Cloud name. The service is intended for business users that need to organize internal procedures, recurring checklist templates, operational instructions, workplace reference materials, and basic activity summaries.

2. Nature of the service

The product provides organizational software. It allows business customers to create structured sections for procedures and operational guidelines, manage document versions and status labels, assign recurring tasks and due dates, categorize knowledge by department or process, search saved materials, and review checklist completion or current procedure status.

Farseno Cloud is not a law firm, accounting practice, cybersecurity auditor, certification body, employment adviser, or safety consultant. The software does not independently approve the customer's procedures or determine whether they meet a legal, regulatory, contractual, professional, or industry requirement. Customers are responsible for appropriate review and professional advice.

3. Website information

Website content is provided for general product information. We aim to keep descriptions accurate and current, but product functions, availability, pricing, and technical requirements may change. A customer should rely on its accepted order, subscription details, and current product documentation when making a purchasing or implementation decision.

4. Pricing and subscription statements

Displayed prices are starting prices for the stated modules and may depend on usage, users, storage, configuration, support level, taxes, or agreed commercial terms. A displayed price is not a binding custom quotation unless confirmed in an accepted order. Recurring billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment obligations are governed by the Terms and Conditions, the selected plan, and the Cancellation and Complaints Policy.

5. Intellectual property notice

The Farseno Cloud name, product interface, website design, written documentation, original graphics, and underlying software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customers and visitors may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices except as expressly permitted by written agreement or applicable law.

Third-party names or materials remain the property of their respective owners. A reference to an industry standard, technology, or third-party product does not imply endorsement, certification, or affiliation.

6. Security and certification language

References to encryption design standards, availability targets, audit readiness, ISO, or SOC 2 describe product objectives, technical design choices, or support for a customer's control environment. They do not state that Farseno Cloud has received a certification or completed an external audit unless an official current report or certificate is expressly provided.

7. External content and integrations

If the product permits a customer to connect a third-party service, that service remains independently operated. Customers should review the third party's terms, privacy practices, security, and pricing. Farseno Cloud is not responsible for external content, service interruption, or a third party's independent acts.

8. Availability and maintenance

Reasonable efforts are made to provide stable access. Maintenance, security response, infrastructure failures, connectivity issues, and events outside reasonable control may cause temporary interruption. A binding service-level obligation exists only when included in a written agreement accepted by both parties.

9. Reporting concerns

Concerns involving suspected misuse, intellectual property, accessibility, security, privacy, billing, or legal content should include enough detail to identify the page, account, event, or material at issue. Sensitive credentials, complete payment card data, or unrelated personal information should not be included in an initial message.

10. Applicable documents

Use of the website and service is also governed by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Cancellation and Complaints Policy. If an accepted order conflicts with a general website statement, the accepted order controls for that customer to the extent of the conflict.

11. Governing framework

Unless a written customer agreement provides otherwise, the operator conducts its business from Montana, United States, and the legal framework described in the Terms and Conditions applies. Mandatory consumer or privacy protections remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
