This Cookie Policy explains how Farseno Cloud may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies on its website and subscription software. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser when a website is visited. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kit identifiers, tags, and pixels. These tools can remember settings, maintain a secure session, measure basic use, and help diagnose performance or security issues. A cookie may be set directly by Farseno Cloud or by a service provider supporting a specific function.
2. How we use these technologies
We use these technologies only for defined operational purposes: keeping the website and account features working; remembering choices such as theme or consent status; protecting forms, sessions, and accounts; identifying technical errors; understanding general feature use; and maintaining reliable performance. We do not use workspace procedure content to create third-party advertising profiles.
3. Categories
| Category | Purpose | Typical duration | Control |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, request routing, session continuity, form protection, and essential account functions. | Session to limited persistent period. | Generally cannot be disabled through a consent tool because the requested service may not function without them. |
| Preferences | Remember choices such as color theme, interface preferences, or a prior consent selection. | Usually up to twelve months, unless cleared earlier. | May be removed through browser controls; doing so resets the preference. |
| Analytics | Understand page use, navigation patterns, performance, and errors in aggregated form. | Varies by provider and configuration, typically from a session to thirteen months. | Where required, used only after consent and available through the site's cookie control. |
| Functional integrations | Support an optional feature selected by the customer, such as a connected service. | Varies according to the feature. | Activated when the optional feature is used or enabled. |
4. Essential storage
Essential storage may be used to keep a request associated with the correct session, apply security controls, remember that a user is signed in, distribute traffic, and preserve required consent or privacy choices. Blocking these technologies may prevent a form, account area, or workspace function from operating correctly.
5. Preference storage
Preference technologies may remember interface settings such as the selected light or dark theme. They are intended to reduce repeated configuration. If a user deletes browser data or uses a different browser or device, those settings may need to be selected again.
6. Analytics and performance
Analytics information may include page views, navigation sequences, approximate geographic region, browser type, device type, response time, and technical error events. We use this information to understand whether pages and product functions operate as intended. When consent is required, non-essential analytics should remain inactive until the visitor makes a selection.
7. Third-party technologies
Hosting, security, analytics, payment, or embedded-service providers may set or read technologies when they deliver an authorized function. Their use is limited to the relevant service and governed by their own documentation and our contractual arrangements where applicable. Farseno Cloud does not control browser storage placed by an independently visited third-party website.
8. Cookie choices
A visitor may use an available cookie banner or preference control to accept, reject, or adjust optional categories. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies. Controls differ by browser and device. Blocking all cookies may sign users out, prevent a saved preference, or interfere with security and account functions.
A choice made on one browser may not automatically apply to another browser or device. Clearing cookies may also remove the saved choice, causing the preference request to appear again.
9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where legally applicable and technically detectable, we will treat recognized browser-based opt-out signals in accordance with applicable law. Because there is not one universally accepted interpretation of all “Do Not Track” signals, the service may not respond to an unsupported signal in the same way across every browser.
10. Retention
Session cookies expire when the browser session ends or shortly afterward. Persistent technologies remain until their configured expiration, until the browser removes them, or until they are no longer needed. We periodically review durations and aim to retain identifiers no longer than reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.
11. Updates
This policy may be updated when technologies, providers, product functions, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version. A material change to optional tracking practices will be reflected in the relevant notice or preference control when required.
